DigiTrix ’09 is a National Level Technical Meet, organized by Achnet – Association of Computer Science Department at Achariya Arts and Science College. This technical meet is conducted to bring up the master minds to share their ideas and creativity and provides an opportunity for students of computer science to discuss the latest issues and progress in the areas of computer technology. It will be the most comprehensive technical meet focused on the various aspects of advanced Computer Technology.

1. Any number of teams from a college is allowed.
2. Maximum two participants per team.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Abstract should not exceed 300 words.
2. Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12, Line Spacing: 1.5

4. Selected abstracts will be intimated through mail on or before 16th March, 2009.
5. Selected participants are requested to send one soft copy and two hard copies of paper in IEEE format including abstract, content and participants’ details to the address given below by courier or speed post.
6. You will be given 10 minutes time for presentation and 2 minutes for questionnaire.

RULES:
+ Any number of teams from a college is allowed.
+ Maximum two participants per team.
+ Two rounds.

Questions will be asked from C, C++, Java
FINALS:
+ Best 5 teams for finals.
+ Lab Exercise to be completed within the time given during the event.
SOFTWARE PRESENTATION
RULES:
+ Any number of teams from a college is allowed.
+ Two participants per team.
INSTRUCTIONS:
+ Participants are requested to submit their own software.
+ Downloading or copying any software is not allowed.
+ To get selected in software presentation, originality is needed.
+ Participants are requested to submit their abstract and software through our mail digitrix09@aasc-cs.org on or before the deadline given to the participants.
Note: If the software size exceeds 5 MB you can send the screenshots instead of sending the software.

+ General Awareness and Technical.
FINALS:
+ Best five teams for finals.

INSTRUCTIONS
+ Any number of participants.
+ Rs. 30 per try and can have any number of tries to prove their efficiency.
+ A cash prize of Rs.1000 will be given to the participant who has the Lead during the end of the session.
COUNTER STRIKE – 1.6
INSTRUCTIONS
+ Five members per team and individual participants are also invited.
+ Rs.30 per head and can have any number of tries.
+ The winning team or individual will be given a cash prize of Rs.1000.
