The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering has planned to conduct a National Conference on Trends in Communication 2009 (NCTC ’09). The conference will provide a forum for researchers and practitioners to present their contributions related to the high-level aspects of Communication Engineering. In addition to contributed papers, the meeting will also include keynote addresses by leading researchers, a panel discussion, and a poster/presentation session. A one day pre-conference workshop will be organized in association with TECHLABS, Bangalore and will be addressed by eminent personalities.

Authors are invited to submit original research papers in the following topics, but are not limited to:

  • Antennas, Propagation and Transmission Technologies

  • Avionics

  • Broadband Technologies

  • Communication Software Technique

  • Information Theory & Coding

  • Mobile Computing

  • Mobile Database

  • Multimedia and VoIP Service & Technologies

  • Optical Communication and Networks

  • Radar Signal and Data Processing

  • RF and Microwave Communication

  • Robust Space and Satellite Communication

  • Ultra-Wideband Communications

  • Wireless Ad Hoc Networks and Sensor Networks

  • Wireless Communication and Technologies

  • Signal and Image Processing.

Instructions to the Author

  • Authors are invited to submit original research papers

  • All authors are requested to send full paper with maximum length of full A4 size papers as per the prescribed format not exceeding more than 8 pages. (Download Paper format)

  • Paper must start with abstract of about 150 words with index/key words.

  • Soft copy of the paper in specified format should be sent to nctc09@gmail.com

  • At least one of the authors should register, for the paper to appear in the proceedings of the conference.
