Welcome to Pinnacle ’09

PINNACLE is an Annual Technical Symposium conducted by Society of Mechanical Engineers, College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University where students across the country compete with one another to showcase their talents, interact with one another in group activities and learn from each other.

PINNACLE ’09 will be held from 23rd to 25th of March at the College of Engineering, Guindy campus. The faculty and students of Department of Mechanical Engineering have planned a wide array of events and presentations which are sure to bring out the best in the students. The prominent events among the elite many include “ROBOTICS”, “WATER ROCKETRY”, “NITRO RIDER” and “SAIL OR SINK”, which will not only be crowd pullers but also prove to be a test of nerves and skills at the highest level. There will be paper presentation sessions in all the upcoming fields of Mechanical Engineering in addition to on the spot design contests.

Pinnacle ’09 is especially to showcase the talents and innovativeness of Mechanical Engineering students all over the country. It will improve the interaction between the students and the industry.
