E-governance

E-Governance is the public sector use of information and communication technologies with the aim of improving information and service delivery,encouraging citizen participation in the decision making process and making government more accountable, transparent and effective

Objective

The strategic objective of e-governance is to support and simplify governance for all parties – government, citizens and businesses. The use of ICTs can connect all three parties and support processes and activities. In other words, in egovernance uses electronic means to support and stimulate good governance. Therefore the objectives of e-governance are similar to the objectives of good governance. Good governance can be seen as an exercise of Economic, political, and administrative authority to better manage affairs of a country at all levels, national and local.

Call for Papers

Prospective authors intending to present papers are requested to submit their full length paper In a Standard format having restricted length, so
that when accepted can be limited to 4 pages of IEEE double column format. The author (s) should indicate the theme under which the paper
would be discussed in the conference. The paper may be submitted on A4 size paper will be reviewed by a technical committee. Instructions
for preparing final manuscript will be sent along with the notification of acceptance of paper. It will be obligatory for at least one of the authors
to register and present the paper in the conference

Intimation about acceptance of paper: 6 April ‘09
Conference: 17, 18 April 2009
