RULES FOR PAPER PRESENTATION

• 1.Maximum of two authors per paper
  
• 2.Full paper with separate abstract must be mailed to innowiz09@gmail.com in IEEE
  word format (12 Font, Times New Roman, Single Spacing) on or before 11th
  August.
  
• 3. Contact details (Name, Department, College, Mobile No. and Mail ID) of the
  participants must be mailed along with the paper.
  
• 4. Selection of the paper will be intimated through E-Mail or Call.
  
• 5. The Candidates are asked to prepare the visual presentations in Microsoft Office
  2000 compatible format.
  
• 6. Attractive visual presentations supported by animation & video clippings will be
  awarded bonus points.
  
• 7. Time allotted for a paper will be 10 minutes (8 minutes for presentation & 2
  minutes for queries)
  
• 8.A hard copy of the paper must be sent to the College.
  
• 9. The students must bring a valid College ID card
  
• 10. Decision of the judges is final and binding

PROJECT PRESENTATION RULES

• 1 Maximum 3 per team
• 2. Abstract must be sent on or before 11th august
• 3. No software or simulation projects allowed.
• 4. Names and email id of the team members must be sent with the abstract.
• 5. Confirmation of selection will be intimated through mail after selection of the project.
• 6. Time allotted for a project will be 20 minutes
• 7. The students must bring a valid College ID card
• 8. Decision of the judges is final and binding

ROLE PLAY RULES

• 1. Each team must have 6 to 7 members.
• 2. Prelims will be conducted and 4 teams qualify for finals
• 3. 3 minutes of preparation and 7 minutes for presentation
• 4. The topics of the role play are released along with the rules in the college website
  (innowiz09).
• 5. The topics will be allotted through lot on the day of symposium among the topics
  released on website.
• 6. The narrator in each team is allowed to convey their ideas in English
• 7. The teams can use charts for visual aid, but not power point presentations.
• 8. Vulgarity of any form is strictly prohibited.
• 9. The students must bring a valid College ID card
• 10. Decision of the judges is final and binding

MOCK INTERVIEW

RULES

Group Discussion:

• 1. Students will be grouped in batches of 10
  
• 2. Time to analyze the topic – 2 min
  
• 3. Group discussion Session -5min
  
• 4. Best Students among the 10 will be selected for the next round.
  
• 5. The selected students will be called for the final round of Group Discussion
• Mock Interview Finals:
  
  • 1. Every student will have 10 minutes of interview
  • 2. The finalists will be interviewed on technical & general issues with emphasis on
  • stress management.
  • 3. Clarity, Body Language, Attitude will be evaluated.
  • 4. The students must bring a valid College ID card
  • 5. Decision of the judges is final and bindin

QUIZ RULES

Prelims:

• 1. 3 per team
• 2. 30min per batch for Prelims
• 3. Tie breaking consist of 2 questions for prelims, which will be marked by *

Finals:

• 1. 5 teams will be selected for the finals.
  2. All the rounds will be purely technical and of general knowledge.
  3. No arguments will be encouraged.
  4. The students must bring a valid College ID card
  5. Decision of the judges is final and binding
