Paper Presentation:

• # Maximum two(2) authors per paper.
• # Participants should submit full paper along with abstract in IEEE format.
• # Students can send the softcopy to the mail id: lumieres09@gmail.com.
• # Last date for submission is 20-8-2009.
• # Selected participants will be intimated on or before 22-8-2009.
• # Out station participants will be provided with one way transportation fare.
• # Presentation time and questioning time will be updated shortly.
• # Two hard copies and 1 soft copy should be brought on the day of the symposium.
• # If any software is required, the participants should inform the coordinators before hand.
• # Participants will be judged on the basis of Presentation, Content, Clarity, Relevance, Preparation.
• # Judges decision is final.

Note: Electronic gadgets are not allowed for finals.
