TO CHECK THE ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILLS OF THE STUDENTS, THIS EVENT JUDGES THE PARTICIPANTS BY THE WAY THEY LOOK AT MANAGEMENT FAILURE WHICH CONTRIBUTED TO THE PROBLEMS LIKE MISCALCULATED RISK AND MISALLOCATED RESOURCES AND HOW THEY SOLVE THEM.

THERE ARE THREE ROUNDS IN THIS EVENT.

1ST ROUND: Entrepreneurship Challenge Planning

IN THIS ROUND THE TEAMS HAVE TO SOLVE THE REAL TIME CASE STUDIES GIVEN BY THE INDUSTRIES OR IN TURN THE RIGHT STRATEGY TO GOVERN WORST ORGANISATIONS. WHEN WRITTEN IN CHINESE, THE WORD “CRISIS” IS COMPOSED OF TWO CHARACTERS,ONE REPRESENTS DANGER, AND THE OTHER REPRESENTS OPPORTUNITY.SO IN TURN PARTICIPANTS NEED TO TAKE OUT AN OPPORTUNITY OUT OF THE CRISIS. OUT OF ALL 10 TEAMS WILL BE SELECTED.

2ND ROUND:   WHO’S WHO OF THE TEAM

THIS ROUND WILL BE THE ULTIMATE AND FINAL  ROUND TO VIEW THE ENTERPREUNRIAL CHALLENGE  FOR THE APPRENTICES TO CREATE A BUSINESS PLAN IN THE GIVEN RESOURCES IN STIPULATED TIME. THEIR IDEAS AND STRATEGIES WILL BE JUDGED BY THE JUDGES AND THE SPECTATORS. THE WINNER WILL BE AWARDED.

RULES FOR THE APPRENTICE:

1) Participants may compete in two, or in teams of up to four.

2) Participants should reach atleast 1 hour prior of starting of the event.

3) No fees will be charged for event registration.

4) However common registration for aaruush must be done to participate in the event.

5) In case of any dispute the decision of organizers and judges must be considered as final.
