PRAKATIKARANA – PAPER PRESENTATION
As usual you need to present yourself lucidly in front of a panel of judges and tackle the questions thrown to you.. also beware of the audience.

Rules and Regulations
- A maximum of 2 Authors per team is allowed.
- The paper length should not exceed 10 pages.
- Participants should send 1 hard copy and 1 soft copy before the deadline.
- Each team will be allotted 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for queries.
- Presentations should be in Power Point Presentation.
- For the presentation a LCD projector, a computer and a mike will be provided.
- The short listed participants who are eligible to present their paper in the final presentation will be intimated through mail and the list of finalists will also be put up on this webpage.
- The selected entries will be informed via e-mail and they would have to send replies confirming their participation.
- The participants should bring their presentation on CD/USB drive.
- Decisions of the judges will be the final.
- Participation certificate will be awarded to all the participants.
Note
- All the members of the teams are expected to bring their college identity card.
- One way Travel allowance (Second class) will be provided for the winners.
Special Note
The Cyborg team has full rights to change the above rules mentioned and if any changes happen, it will be highlighted in the website.
Last date for submission of abstract & papers 15/09/09.
Intimation of final papers is on 18/09/09
