Events:

1.BATTLE OF IDEAZ (Paper presentation)

Rules:

• A Participant can send more than one paper.

• There can be utmost 2 authors per paper.

• Authors are expected to submit the paper along with abstract in IEEE format.

• Submission must be made through Email (pravaah09@email.com) on or before 10th September 2009.

• Selected papers will be intimated through Email on 14 Sep 2009

• Selected teams must bring two hard copies of their paper and PPT in CD for presentation.

• The duration for the presentation is 5 minutes and 2 minutes for questions.

• Judges decision is final.

2.BATTLE OF INNOVATION (Project Presentation)

Event Information & Rules

• Maximum of 3 students per team.
• The team should display their project throughout the presentation schedule. Failing this the team may be liable for disqualification.
• Team should inform us at least one week prior to the event for any specific requirements (fulfillment of the requirement lies at the discretion of the event organizers).
• Bring two hard copies and one soft copy of your project report on the day of presentation.
• Bring required software for your assistance.
• Mention the field and type of your project (hardware or software )

A soft copy of the abstract should be sent through mail to pravaah09@email.com .

3. MESH TRAP (Circuit Debugging)

Rules

• Maximum of 2 students per team
• There are three rounds.
• Complexity increases after each round.
• Elimination follows each round.
• Questions are based on electrical and electronic circuits.

4.GAMING

Here we offer you the Worlds famous COUNTER STRIKE and Need For Speed(NFS) Most WANTED.

Counter Strike
Here the participants are required to register as a team of four (not necessary to be of the same college). Prelims will be conducted based on the number of registered teams and only two teams will proceed to enter the finale .

NFS Most Wanted
Here the participants will race until only one successful participant remains at the top is declared the Winner.
Every game U play ll be on a knock-out basis. The Teams that survive will move on to the next level facing tough competitors.

5.C DEBUGGING

Rules

• Maximum of 2 students per team
• Teams will be tested on C language

6.TECHNICAL QUIZ

Rules

• Students have to form a team of two members and appear a  written test, as per the group they choose.
• Written test will be of about 20minutes
• Top5 teams qualify for the final on stage quiz rounds.

7.GENERAL QUIZ

Rules

Students have to form a team of two members and appear a  written test, as per the group they choose.

• Written test will be of about 20minutes consisting of general awareness, reasoning and GK questions with one word answers.
• Top5 teams qualify for the final on stage quiz rounds.

8.TREASURE HUNT

RULES

• Two per team
• Comprising 5 rounds.
• Judges decision will be final.
