‘09,a one day  national level technical symposuim event to be held on Sep 18 2009 by department of Information Technology, Tagore Engineering College, Chennai. trinITy ‘09
The one day meet scheduled to be held on 18th Sep 2009 aims to address new trends and challenges in emerging areas of Information Technology and their various application in the industries. The symposium will include keynote addresses and invited talks from eminent faculties. comprises of a number of events to test the technical skills of students. trinITy ‘09 takes expensive measure to bring out the group of dynamism among the students by their parchipation. A souvenir will be relased to mark the occasion.

Prezentium

• Maximum two authors per paper.
• Allotted time for each team is 10 minutes
• 7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for query.
• Send two hard copies and one soft copy in .doc, .docx, .pdf, .odt formats only.
• Font size .10. (heading size .12.) and line spacing .1.5.
• Font face .TIMES NEW ROMAN.
• Last date for paper submission: 28 Aug 2009.
• Intimation date: On/Before 11 Sep 2009.

Code Blitz

• Objective type questions[MCSA, MCMA, True/False] will be given to the prelims contestants
• Only one participant.
• 8 contestant will be selected for finals.
• Finalist have to debug the program we are giving to you
• A winner and runner will be selected based on the following criteria : preserving originality and baseline of coding, Time taken.
• Covers C, C++ and Java.
• Maximum of 30 minutes per second.

Google Intelexia

• A Google based competition. Check website for updates.
• Read Google Hacks, tips and tricks from internet. Searching techniques.

LAN Battle

• Entry fee applicable.
• Check website for updates.

Serenity Chamber

• Maximum 5 per team.
• Pointing to the person or objects are not allowed.
• English or Tamil can be the language for Ad Zap.
• Vulgar words will disqualify team participation.
• Alpha codes are not allowed.
