ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Narasu’s Sarathy Institute of Technology is promoted by Smt. Mahalakshmi Ammal educational trust in the fond  memory of Smt. Mahalakshmi Ammal, mother of our founder and Chairman Thiru. R. P. Sarathy. The campus is in a serene atmosphere near Omalur and is situated on the Salem – Bangalore highway. The Institution offers 5 UG Courses name ECE, CSE, IT, EEE & MECH.

DEPARTMENT OF CSE/IT:
The Department of CSE/IT has the most versatile powerful and fully air conditioned computer lab with more than 100 systems, all in a networked environment with uninterrupted power supply. The department offers high speed Internet facility through 4Mbps (1:1) Internet connectivity & Wi-Fi connection which enables the student to study online with comfortable use of net facility.

About the Symposium

This National Level Technical Symposium ASTRON ’10 is conducted by Department of Computer Science and Engineering ‘CRONT’ and Information Technology ‘Albust’ to give students the opportunity to expose their technical skills.

This symposium is to be held on 20th February 2010.

This symposium constitutes a valuable opportunity for identifying the best   talents and quickest minds in the country.
