Computer Society of Madras Institute of Technology,Anna University proudly presents the free and open source software fiesta Carte Blanche ‘X on Feb 27 and 28.

Richard stallman (father of free software world, hacker’s hacker) is going to have an e-conference with us on that day.

We have arranged for two workshops, one on “Android mobile platform” and other on “Beagle board“.

There will be around 20 demo stalls to explain and train people,from basic linux installation to advanced innovations in open source.
it is mainly targeted to create awareness about free and opensource softwares.

Almost all free source softwares and OS will be available to the participants.

There are more than five lectures by eminent personalities.
