General Instructions:
All participants should try to register through online itself and only first 100 participants are allowed for on the spot registration.
Online registration closes on 3rd March 11.59 pm.
Online registered participants should intimate their presence to the registration desk for confirmation.
On the spot registration will be active from 9.00 am to 11.00 am and held at Registration desk
All the participants should bring their College Identity Card and bonafide certificate for event registration.
Participants should get the NETCOM 2KX ID card after registration.
Participants must wear the NETCOM 2KX ID card throughout the programme.
Participants can participate in any number of events based on the time schedule.
Organizers are not responsible for any confusion in time schedule for the events selected by the participants.
Session chairs will be very strict on time to ensure appropriate running of the parallel session for the flow of attendees from one session to another.
Participants are advised to come in formals.
Proper discipline must be followed inside the campus and the places where the events are held.
Use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited.
Judge’s decision will be final.

Participants availing accommodation:
Online Registration:
Carefully go through the accommodation system and fill the online registration form with genuine details for availing accommodation
After registration, you will receive a confirmation mail.
On submission of required documents, your accommodation will be confirmed and the confirmation mail will be sent with the accommodation form.
On reaching J.J.C.E.T, report immediately to the Registration Desk.
It is mandatory to bring your college ID and bonafide certificate.
Accommodation system:
Only out-station participants will be provided accommodation.
Accommodation will be provided from 4th March evening to 5th March evening.
Participants must register online for availing accommodation.
Accommodation will be provided on “First Register First Serve” basis.
Accommodated students can have food on their own expenses.
Participants are requested to take care of their belongings.
Participants are requested to maintain strict discipline during their stay.
