PROJECT EXHIBITION:

Rules And Regulations:

1. All students exhibiting a particular project should belong to the same institution and a maximum of 3 participants per group.
2. Students must bring their college ID Cards and Bonafide Certificate.
3. Synopsis (1000 words max) must be send to reach on or before 29/03/2010 via email to

eventura2k10@gmail.com .
4. All the participants have to submit one hard copy of project report for the judges on the day of exhibition.
5. Decision given by judges in all matters will be final & binding.
6. After notification of acceptance, Cash of RS 100 / – (Per Member) should be paid at the spot.
7. A 230 AC supply will be provided to every stall. Participant in computer group may bring their project along with their machines, spike guard etc. to avoid inconvenience or must intimate the requirement earlier.

POSTER PRESENTATION:

Rules And Regulations:

1. Posters can be prepared on ordinary 8 1/2? x 11? size paper or larger sheets.
2. All lettering and diagrams should be large enough to be read from a minimum of 2 meters (6 feet). Participants are urged to use colors, symbols and schemes to improve clarity.
3. Team size is restricted to only two members.
4. Submit an abstract typed single-spaced in 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font and be no more than 200 words via email to eventura2k10@gmail.com to reach on or before 29/03/2010
5. There may be no mechanical or electrical devices on the board. All material must be accessible without having to lift or turn pages. There can be no materials placed in front of, above, below, or to the side of the poster. Judging criteria are based solely on the content of the poster.
6. A label must be placed on one of the posters which gives the poster title and authors’ names and college.
7.After notification of acceptance, Cash of RS 100 / – (Per Member) should be paid at the spot.
8. Evaluation Criteria will be on the basis of choice of topic, technical content, presentation, question and answers and poster format and appearance
