A paper can be presented by any individual irrespective of his field of engineering.the only constraint is that your study must be in one way or the other be related to the Civil Engineering field as it is a Civil Engineering Techno-Management Symposium.

There are some online events but you will have to remain present at the university for the final or pre-final rounds of the events.
