RULES:

1. The paper should be in IEEE format.

2. Maximum number of pages allowed: 8

3. Last date for submission of papers:   13  SEPTEMBER 2010

4. Date of notification for accepted papers:16th  SEPTEMBER 2010

(Notification will be through e-mail )

5.Teams may include members from same colleges only.

Maximum number of members per team: 2

6. Presentation time of 8minutes and a questioning time of  2     minutes   are to be noted.

7. Two hard copies and one soft copy (including PPT) should be send for further selection process.

8. Participants will be judged on the basis of Presentation, Content, Clarity,  Relevance and Preparation.

9. Judges decision is final.

10. Participation certificate will be given to all the author of selected

papers.

12.At the time of presentation participants should submit one hard copy.

WEB DESIGNING:

“  The art of being a good Web designer is getting yourself into that middle ground and treating it as a final destination instead of as a compromise.”

• Maximum two members per team
• Topics will be given on the spot
• Time duration is 45 minutes

TECHNICAL QUIZ:

“Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

• Maximum two participants per team
• prelims will be the written test and finals will be on the conference hall

MARKETING:

“Marketing   is a bit like playing make-believe. ”

• Maximum two participants per team
• Topics will be given on the spot.

MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION:

“ Multimedia effects, has a wider base of communication with an audience.”

• presentation will be of any technical topics
• participants are asked to bring their presentation and questions will be asked from the method of implementation
• The maximum duration is  5 minutes

DEBUGGING:

“ Beware of bugs in the above code; I have only proved it correct, not tried it. ”

• Maximum one participant per team
• prelims will be conducted on C&C++
• final round involves programs on advanced JAVA concepts.
