Elixir 2010 is a three technical day festival which focuses on enhancing technical competence and managerial proficiency of the participants. Elixir 2010 envisions the meeting of minds to nurture a scientific temper. It offers a platform for participants to present research papers and to compete with their peers. Elixir 2010 also includes National level seminars, Workshops, Technical talks, Industrial paper presentation and various contests like Quiz, Code Debugging, Circuit Designing, Best Manager, LAN Gaming etc.

Mission: The mission of elixir is a project-based teaching and learning environment for young engineers. Students’ learning is motivated by the goal of solving a real world problem. It delivers a boost to the ever blazing passion of the inspired students and strengthens their glowing minds in exploring the innovative field of robotics.
Events:
Quiz maestro
This Endeavour is to bring the brightest minds of the country face to face. Participants will be tested on knowledge from a plethora of fields (both Technical and non-technical). It shall provide an arena for the youngsters to assess where they stand amongst their peers.
Mr./Ms Elixir
Participants are tested for multiple skills. They have to score and advance multiple levels before entering the final round where they compete with other finalists in front of the audience.
SMS Contest
Students have to get over multiple hurdles and showcase their typing and thinking skills.
Photography Contest
Students showcase their talents in Photography. The participants have to click a picture related to the given theme in the allowed time.
HTC Project
Students have to develop a project which will benefit humanity. The program is planned to be conducted with the recognition and help of R10 HTC committee.
Best manager
This is an array of business events designed to test managerial, marketing and critical decision making abilities. The participants will be put to real-life simulation of industry scenarios in a host of managerial events on case-studies, stock-market, advertising, B-plan implementation, etc. This contest will comprise of multiple rounds, (the nature of which are yet to be decided).
Techno Trix
Participants form team and solve questions to enter each round. The questions will be scientific riddles which can be solved easily by applying logic. No need of advanced knowledge is needed.
C-debugging
The participants in this contest are tested for their insight in the dimensions of computer programming. It provides a platform for tomorrow’s professionals to explore their hidden potentials in the programming side…..
Linux coding
Here the coding capacity and the expertise of the participant in LINUX are put in to test. The preliminary round will be a written test. And only short listed participants will be passed to the second stage. The second round will be relatively tougher……
Web breaker
Hacking contest on Computer security is a platform and opportunity for student and computer security organization to promote their new solution and idea to public about computer security. The aim is to help people from non-IT background to become more realize about the cyber crime that happens every day……
Circuit Designing

Creative editing
The participants have to create digital posters. The eye catching posters declared by the judges win the competition.
Google Wars
Search Engine Optimization. A set of keywords will be given a few days prior to the event; the competitors have to get their page rank up by white hat SEO techniques.
Online Treasure Hunt
Participants have to solve a set of online riddles, to reach their destination. The first to reach will be the winner. The participants will have personal accounts, where they can check their status.
Programming Contest
Problems will be given, the participants have to find a solution for it and convert their ideas to a working computer program.
