The planning and design of all Civil Engineering projects such as construction of highways, bridges, tunnels, dams etc are based upon surveying measurements. Moreover,during execution, project of any magnitude is constructed along the lines and points established by surveying. So surveying is the first step in all Civil Engineering Projects.

• 1.You will receive a mail confirming for hospitality within one day
  of your proposal.
  2.This mail confirms that you will be provided
  accommodation in Tagore Institute of Engineering and Technology during the course of this event
• 3.On receiving the confirmation mail, you have to confirm your arrival date to reinfo12@gmail.com

RULES AND REGULATIONS

• 1.All participants should have their college id cards in their possession and should provide them when requested
• The hospitality registration is separate from the registration for events
• Rooms will be provided in sharing basis only. Requests for individual rooms and any other complaints will not be entertained
• Since the accommodation is limited, rooms will be allocated in
  preference basis only. i.e., Top preference will be given to the
  selected finalists of events.
• 2.Participants should take printout of the confirmation mail for hospitality sent to them from reinfo12@gmail.com and bring it while coming for reinfo12. Rooms will be provided only on receiving the printouts of the mail.
• 3.Participants are required to take care of their belongings during
  their stay. The organizing committee will not be responsible for the
  loss of belongings of the participants.
• 4.Due to limited accommodation, hospitality will not be provided for local participants.
• 5.Participants are requested to abide by the rules of the hostel
  during their stay. If they are found to be violating the rules they
  will be asked to vacate immediately.

All participants are requested to obey the listed rules to help us serve you better.
